In February, 1998, Clark Bormann, with 20 years of experience, founded Bormann Law Office in its present location. In August 1998, Paul Myerchin joined the firm as an associate. He became a partner in 2002. Ross Espeseth joined the firm in 2008, as a partner. In 2013, Chris Edison joined the firm as a partner.  Katie Winbauer joined as an associate in 2022.
